Basic Structure and Working Principle
This pump is an external gear pump that achieves media transfer through the rotation of two meshing gears within a sealed chamber. A vacuum is created on the side where the gears disengage, drawing in the media, while the meshing side squeezes the media towards the outlet.
The core components include: hardened steel gear shafts, a gray cast iron housing, multi-component plain bearings, radial shaft seals (standard configuration), with an optional pressure relief valve available.
Optimized Design Highlights
Low Noise and Efficient Transfer: The short and straight flow channel design, combined with a special gear profile, ensures excellent suction performance and extremely low operating noise (particularly suitable for foamy oil media).
Durability: The gear shafts are hardened, and the plain bearings are coated with a special layer, supporting dry running and offering a long service life.
Compactness: The modular design facilitates easy installation and maintenance, making it suitable for scenarios with limited space.
