Test Object: PTC relays (especially models with sensor short-circuit and open-circuit monitoring functions)
Test Functions:
Simulate sensor resistance changes
Test sensor open-circuit (via button)
Test sensor short-circuit (via button)
Connection Method: Connect to the sensor input terminals (T/0, T/1, T/2) of the PTC relay using the provided connection cable
Typical Switching Resistance Values:
Trigger alarm (trip): 3000 Ω – 4000 Ω
Recovery (reset): >1500 Ω
Cold-State PTC Resistance Range: 20 – 250 Ω (typical values: 50 – 120 Ω)

Precautions:
Disconnect the relay from the power supply before testing.
For the MSF220V(U), a short-circuit, open-circuit, or rapid resistance increase in any sensor will trigger an alarm (Alarm 1).
