The Enedo OEM business area and its companies change name to Inission Power
Inission AB announced that the Group’s business area Enedo OEM would be renamed Inission Power. This name change represented a strategic move aimed at more clearly positioning Inission Power as the Group’s dedicated business area for power solutions, complementing the Inission EMS business area, which was responsible for contract manufacturing of electronics and mechanics.
As part of this transformation, Enedo Oy, based in Vantaa, had been renamed Inission Power Oy. Similarly, its subsidiaries underwent corresponding renamings: Enedo Finland Oy became Inission Power Finland Oy, and Enedo S.p.A. was renamed Inission Power S.p.A.
On May 4, 2026, Inission Power planned to update its website and other presentation materials to reflect the new name and brand.
The name change was not expected to impact existing customer agreements, operations, or product offerings.
Kalle Huittinen, Business Area Manager of Inission Power, stated, "The change clarifies our role as a specialized supplier of power solutions and strengthens our connection to the Inission Group. We will continue to develop and manufacture our own high-quality power supply and power system solutions for demanding industrial applications, maintaining the same organization, expertise, and customer focus as before."
Fredrik Berghel, CEO of Inission AB, commented, "With a unified brand platform, we create better conditions to develop the power solutions of the future for a more electrified and sustainable society. Together, Inission and Inission Power form a strong offering where contract manufacturing and proprietary products work in synergy to deliver greater value to our customers."
