Designed to fill the market gap between stationary high-volume industrial printers and basic desktop marking devices, the portable unit enables technicians and panel builders to print custom cable markers, terminal tags and equipment labels anywhere on demand, without bulky fixed equipment or pre-printed blank card stock waste.

Weighing only 8.5 kg with footprint dimensions of 540 mm × 330 mm × 190 mm, the PrintJet MINI features an ergonomic streamlined chassis small enough to fit onto workbenches, service vans and field maintenance tool stations; an optional protective transport carry case supports safe relocation between production lines, construction sites and customer field locations. Unlike traditional marking printers that require full sheet card feeding, the UV inkjet technology allows single-marker targeted printing, cutting unused label waste and lowering long-term material costs for low-to-medium volume marking workflows (1–30 markers per day). Equipped with a built-in color touchscreen, Wi-Fi, LAN and USB connectivity, the printer seamlessly syncs with Weidmüller’s industry-standard M-Print® PRO labeling software, supporting one-click data import from CAD, PLC and ERP systems to eliminate manual data entry errors.
Its industrial-grade UV curing ink delivers smudge-proof, chemical-resistant print output compliant with IEC 60204-1 global electrical marking standards, compatible with Weidmüller’s full MultiCard portfolio including terminal markers, shrink sleeve labels, adhesive cable tags and control cabinet identification plates. Built-in self-diagnostic functions continuously monitor ink levels, print head status and operating temperature, while over-the-air firmware updates maintain long-term operational stability. The robust dust-resistant housing withstands typical workshop contaminants including metal shavings, lubricants and light moisture, making it suitable for mechanical manufacturing, energy panel assembly, building automation and on-site electrical commissioning teams.
