Ruhrgetriebe KG Announces 4.8% Price Adjustment Effective July 1, 2026

Ruhrgetriebe KG, a well-established drive technology company with a history dating back to 1953, officially released a customer information notice in May 2026, announcing a moderate price adjustment for all its products and deliveries. The company stated that sustained economic challenges, intensified geopolitical tensions, and substantial cost increases in key raw materials including aluminum and copper, as well as energy, logistics and packaging, have placed heavy pressure on operational costs. Despite continuous internal optimization and efficiency improvements to absorb additional expenses from suppliers, the firm has to implement a necessary price adjustment to maintain stable product availability and reliable supply capacity.

According to the official notice, all deliveries starting from July 1, 2026, will be subject to a 4.8% price increase. Existing framework agreements will remain valid during their contracted terms, and already confirmed orders are not affected by this adjustment. Ruhrgetriebe emphasized that it only passes through unavoidable cost increases and will continue to serve as a dependable and fair partner to its business partners, expressing gratitude for the understanding and long-term collaboration of all customers.
