Product Overview

Manufactured by Germany's RICKMEIER company, renowned for its high reliability, long service life, and low noise levels, this product meets the "Made in Germany" quality standards and is widely used in industrial hydraulics, lubrication systems, and the conveyance of special media.

Core Performance

Flow and Pressure: Maximum flow rate of 30 L/min and rated pressure of 350 bar (peak), supporting medium- to high-pressure applications (4–32 MPa);

Media Compatibility: Suitable for hydraulic oils, lubricants, fuels, emulsions, etc., with a viscosity range up to 3000 mm²/s and temperature resistance up to 120°C (short-term up to 150°C);

Efficiency: Volumetric efficiency ≥95%, shaft power of 8.8 kW, supporting variable frequency control.

Structural Design

Materials: The pump body is made of high-strength cast iron, and the gears are hardened through carburized steel treatment, offering wear and corrosion resistance; the sliding bearings feature a special coating and support dry running;

Sealing: Standard radial shaft seals (with the option of slip ring seals) and a leak-proof design;

Compactness: Vertical structure with compact external dimensions (approximately 120mm), facilitating easy installation and maintenance.

Special Features

Self-Venting Capability: The gears disengage to create a vacuum, automatically expelling gas from the suction side to ensure continuous conveyance;
