Basic Structure and Working Principle
Core Components: Comprised of precision-machined gears, a pump body, front and rear covers, and a differential pressure relief valve.
Working Process: As the gears rotate, a vacuum is created on the disengagement side, drawing in liquid, while the meshing side compresses the liquid and pushes it into the outlet pipeline, achieving continuous and quantitative delivery. The flow rate is directly related to the rotational speed.
Sealing Options: Supports mechanical seals or packing seals to adapt to different operational requirements.

Double Circular Arc Sine Tooth Profile Design: Compared to traditional involute tooth profiles, this design offers advantages such as no tooth surface wear, low noise, and long service life, enhancing volumetric efficiency.
Integrated Relief Valve: When the outlet pressure exceeds the set value (default 15 bar), the relief valve automatically opens to release pressure, protecting the system's safety.
Pressure and Temperature Resistance: Operating pressure up to 4 MPa, with a limit pressure of 6 MPa; continuous working temperature ≤ 80°C, with instantaneous temperature resistance up to 120°C.
